Elise is a business and communications professional with experience in copy writing, research administration, organizational leadership, and event management. In her role as an intern, she supports the firm in a variety of capacities for both Emergent Method and its clients.
Before joining the Emergent Method team in the summer of 2017, Elise worked for the LSU Marketing Department as a survey administrator in the behavioral research lab. While working for the marketing department, Elise assisted professors with research projects, worked closely with graduate students, conducted studies in the lab, and carried out administrative tasks as needed.
Elise, a native of Houma, Louisiana, is pursuing a degree in marketing with a minor in political communication at Louisiana State University. At LSU, she has served in Student Government as a justice in the Judicial Branch and has held various leadership positions within Greek Life. Elise is also a member of the Ogden Honors College and recently represented LSU during a semester abroad in Strasbourg, France. In addition to her involvement on campus, Elise has enjoyed volunteering with Hope Extreme, an after school and summer program for at-risk youth in Houma, Louisiana, and assisting with fundraising and awareness efforts for heart disease in women through the American Heart Association.
