Samantha is a training and development professional with experience in research administration, leadership development, and personnel psychology. In her role as an intern at Emergent Method, she assists with a variety of projects for the firm and its clients.
In addition to her work with Emergent Method, Samantha is heavily involved with undergraduate research at Louisiana State University and holds an Advanced Research Skills Certification. She has experience in both the Psychology Department and the Rucks Department of Management. As a result of her extensive work in the university’s Memory and Cognition lab, she has received funding to present psychological research at conferences in both Texas and Louisiana.
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Samantha is currently working toward an undergraduate degree in psychology at LSU. She intends to obtain a graduate degree and enter the workforce as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. She is an active member of several student organizations, including Psychology Club, National Society for Collegiate Scholars, and Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. Additionally, Samantha stays updated on current research through her affiliation with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
