Ashlee oversees the firm’s financial systems and processes, managing various duties including reporting, budgeting, and invoicing and providing strategic financial insights. Before joining Emergent Method, she served as a client services analyst for Avita Pharmacy, where she managed complex data analytics and developed comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders. She also worked as a senior consultant at Postlethwaite & Netterville, where she led a broad array of controller services, ranging from financial data evaluation and transaction analyses to accounting system implementation.
