With years of experience supporting executives through event planning, business operations, and development, Machiko leads key organizational and operational initiatives for the firm.

Machiko provides executive and administrative support to Emergent Method’s leadership team, streamlining internal processes, coordinating personnel needs, and managing meeting and event logistics. Before joining the firm, she served as the development manager for Knock Knock Children’s Museum, where she led flagship fundraisers, managed sponsorships and logistics, and supported strategic communication efforts. She also served as the director of administration for the University of South Dakota Foundation, managing daily operations and policy implementation. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide range of high-impact events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and movie premieres.
