Nikki Godfrey, Ph.D.

Managing Director

With over two decades of leadership across the public and private sectors, Nikki is a powerhouse in strategic planning, event management, higher education, training and organizational development, and DEI initiatives, expertly steering complex projects with innovative outreach strategies.

Nikki spearheads several community engagement and event production projects for our clients, leading and executing comprehensive regional summits, statewide conferences, focus groups, research initiatives, strategic plans, and outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Before joining the firm, she served as assistant commissioner for public affairs at the Louisiana Board of Regents, where she developed media strategies, planned press conferences, and collaborated with legislative and policy divisions on public outreach. She also worked for Louisiana State University, managing promotions and coordinating complex events, and spent over a decade at ESPN, where she oversaw major NCAA sporting events, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, handled sponsorship contracts, and directed marketing and promotional opportunities.
