A versatile HR executive, Rachel spearheads innovative human resource initiatives and tactical staffing solutions while guiding organizational planning for our firm and its clients.
Rachel leads all human resource efforts for our firm’s 200+ employees and manages various recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives for our clients in the public and private sectors, including employee and management training, workforce growth and development, cultural improvements, and policy and practice development. In her role, she has managed everything from large-scale staff augmentation projects to high-profile executive searches.
Before joining Emergent Method, Rachel was the human resources manager at both APTIM and H&E Equipment Services, where she oversaw HR operations and led a broad portfolio of projects spanning compensation, compliance, performance, system implementation, and engagement. She also served as an HR business analyst for The Shaw Group, where she supported acquisition and employee transition efforts, and as a business development manager for Louisiana Economic Development, where she advised on targeted industry growth initiatives.
