Alyssa combines her experience in copywriting, content development, and public outreach with her knack for effective storytelling to drive communication campaigns that inform stakeholders and entice audiences.

With a background in strategic communication, Alyssa supports content development and management, speechwriting, copyediting, media relations, and crisis communication for many of our firm's clients. Before joining Emergent Method, she worked as a communications specialist in the Office of the Mayor-President of the City of Baton Rouge and East Baton Rouge Parish, where she supported all external communications, including speeches, social media content, and emergency communication plans.
