As chief operating officer, Amos uses his extensive experience leading policy, operational, and communication initiatives at globally renowned companies to lead our firm’s day-to-day operations, manage legal and administrative matters, and drive strategic initiatives to support the firm’s continued growth and expansion.
Before joining the firm, Amos served as global senior counsel at Uber, where he became a well-respected problem solver at the intersection of the transportation industry and the rideshare business model. In this role, he led contract negotiations and policy development to help cross-functional business units develop new customer-facing solutions, implement innovative business initiatives, and increase operational effectiveness and provided legal counsel and leadership to several of the global organization’s verticals, including marketing, communications, data science, governance, and education.
Prior to Uber, Amos served as a lead adviser for several domestic and international brands within The Coca-Cola Company, including serving as lead counsel and a member of the executive leadership team at Minute Maid. During his tenure at Coca-Cola, he provided key legal counsel for several joint ventures and organizational investments, in addition to providing guidance for a wide range of marketing, ethics, regulatory and food safety efforts.
