Anthony combines over twenty years of experience in IT strategy, senior-level project management, and business consulting with his leadership on significant IT transformation initiatives to orchestrate programs that drive robust solutions and deliver substantial organizational change.

Anthony leads the firm’s technology services business unit, helping clients in both the public and private sectors meet business objectives and achieve their goals through the implementation of IT solutions. As a partner, Anthony plays a key role in providing, managing, and supporting staffing for information technology projects and related activities for both the firm and its clients. 

Before joining Emergent Method, he served as a director with CGI Group, one of the world’s leading IT firms. He has played significant project management roles for Louisiana's public sector, particularly for modernization projects across various state departments such as the Louisiana Department of Health and the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services. His experience also includes serving as a Scrum Master and project manager for the Louisiana Department of Corrections and serving as a senior consultant to the State of Ohio, where he helped create a project office for the state's child support enforcement system to meet federal standards.
