Anthony Napolitano is an information technology professional with more than 21 years of expertise in IT strategy, senior-level project management, and business consulting, including leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives related to health and human services. In his role at Emergent Method, he leads the firm’s technology services business unit, helping clients in both the public and private sectors meet business objectives and achieve their goals through the implementation of IT solutions. 

Anthony joined Emergent Method in 2015 after serving as a director with CGI Group, one of the world’s leading information technology and business process firms. For the past five years, he has served in the cross PMO role for projects including Enterprise Architecture and Integrated Eligibility with the Office of Technology Services, the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), and the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). He previously served as deputy project manager for Louisiana’s Common Access Front End (CAFÉ) technology implementation and transformation project, where he led efforts to support the transformation of technology to aid in the delivery of core programs and services on behalf of the Louisiana DCFS. As part of this multi-year initiative, Anthony played an instrumental role in developing a solution to improve service delivery to DCFS customers while enhancing staff productivity and efficiency. 

Anthony’s prior experience includes the establishment and development of all processes and procedures for key functions related to the successful implementation of large-scale IT systems implementation efforts, including project management offices, quality assurance offices, and communication offices. He has also led the development and implementation of a number of customized strategic planning efforts for IT and information services clients. Prior to moving to Louisiana, Anthony served as a senior consultant to the State of Ohio, where he helped establish a project office for the Ohio Statewide Child Support Enforcement Tracking System with a focus on providing a certified Child Support System that would meet the necessary federal requirements. 

Anthony earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He also received his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Mississippi State University.
