Caleb has years of experience working on disaster recovery and hazard mitigation projects and uses his knowledge to support planning, assessment, and compliance efforts for several large-scale programs. Before joining the firm, he managed construction projects for Rebuild Florida, a major disaster recovery program where he oversaw the reconstruction of hundreds of homes. He also served as a damage assessor and change order specialist for the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program, collaborating with contractors to advance program goals and support construction activities.
