Caleb Ortego is a senior consultant specializing in managing disaster recovery operations. He has extensive experience working on and providing strong leadership to large-scale disaster recovery programs and related crisis management initiatives. 

Prior to joining Emergent Method in 2021, Caleb managed the construction of a large-scale disaster recovery program in Florida. In this role, he managed the construction of over 500 homes damaged by Hurricane Irma. Caleb also performed more than 250 damage assessments of flooded homes and served as a change order specialist for the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program following the Great Floods of 2016, where he worked with contractors to advance program goals and support construction activities. 

Caleb is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University where he received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in marketing.
