Chiquita Southern is a case management professional with extensive experience in program utilization, application processing, and project administration. As an associate at Emergent Method, Chiquita uses her experience and skills to aid clients and the firm in case and project management. 

Prior to joining Emergent Method, Chiquita served on the applications processing support team for the Louisiana Department of Health. Here she supported project management and processing applications. Chiquita also served as a Restore Louisiana case manager, reviewing cases, establishing guidelines, and providing cross-functional support. In addition, Chiquita served as an underwriting assistant at Stonetrust Commercial Insurance. She performed credit checks, processed cancellations, recessions, and endorsements, and ensured all quotes were accurately inputted into the system. 

Chiquita is a graduate of Istrouma High School.
