Corey Ward joined Emergent Method in 2020, bringing extensive experience in project management on numerous large-scale disaster recovery efforts across the U.S., including Louisiana, Florida, Texas, and North Carolina. Corey’s expertise includes building and implementing processes, reporting tools, and production workflows to support project and program management efficiency.
As a manager, he primarily serves the firm’s disaster recovery clients in a program management capacity, overseeing execution of anything from quality control and assurance, case management and applicant communication, to policy and procedure development. Corey is innately familiar with identifying and resolving team challenges as well as developing and delivering unique change management and implementation training.
Prior to joining Emergent Method, Corey served as a senior consultant at Postlethwaite & Netterville where he managed several functional teams working on a variety of disaster recovery efforts. He has experience leading program implementation efforts for application intake, review, and award calculation, processing and distribution for multi-billion dollar programs spanning several years.
Coreyis a graduate of Southeastern LouisianaUniversity where he has earned his Bachelor of Art in Business Administration,a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and minors in Accounting and Economics. He also holds as a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate.
