David has managed numerous large-scale strategic initiatives throughout his career and uses this experience to guide strategic planning, stakeholder outreach, and economic development efforts for our clients. He has worked with clients in various industries to navigate complex policy environments, optimize communication strategies, boost organizational competitiveness, and drive industry growth and community impact across Louisiana and the Gulf South.

Before joining Emergent Method, David served as the director of special projects and external relations at Louisiana Economic Development, where he led strategic planning efforts, developed the state's value proposition for business prospects, advised executive leadership on communication strategies, and managed outreach with economic development organizations and elected officials. He also served as the communications director for the Resilient Louisiana Commission and supported policy, research, and marketing efforts for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber.
