Dwayne Judice
ManagerWith decades of experience in disaster recovery and risk management, Dwayne delivers strategic leadership and comprehensive quality assurance for transformative programs and initiatives.
Dwayne works alongside public sector clients to enhance training programs, develop efficient process flows, conduct audits, and ensure compliance and efficiency for large-scale disaster recovery initiatives across multiple states. Before joining Emergent Method, he was a senior consultant at Postlethwaite & Netterville, where he managed HUD’s Community Development Block Grant funds for a state office and led a team of case managers. He also worked on the quality assurance team for a COVID-19 pandemic relief effort in Fort Bend County, Texas, and served as a senior financial analyst and team lead for the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement program.
