Emily is an information technology professional with experience in testing, defect management, and large-scale IT initiative implementation. In her role as a manager at Emergent Method, she works with the firm’s technology services business unit, where one of her primary client engagements involves working with the Louisiana Department of Health. 

Prior to joining Emergent Method, Emily served as a consultant for CGI Group in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she managed the user acceptance testing (UAT) team, performed test script writing and execution for system enhancements, researched and recorded defects, and developed user requirements. 

Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in information assurance from Louisiana Tech University. She is a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist and Certified Scrum Master.
