Associate
Hannah Walters is a talent acquisition and retention professional with a background in sourcing and recruiting top talent and leading candidates through the hiring process. As an associate at Emergent Method, Hannah supports several human resources functions, including tracking leads, interviewing candidates, developing hiring processes and procedures, and supporting recruitment and retention programming. As a member of the firm’s operations and administration team, she is responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing talent, and proactively communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. She also supports similar talent acquisition functions for several of the firm’s clients.
Before joining Emergent Method, Hannah served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Republic Finance, a national consumer loan provider. In this role, she recruited talent for 67 branches throughout Louisiana and Mississippi and was responsible for continuous engagement with candidates throughout hiring and onboarding.
Hannah is a dual graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in general business and a Master of Business Administration.
