Bringing extensive experience in large-scale program management, Jamey leads policy development, case management, and quality control efforts for several clients, working closely with them to create program materials, refine operating procedures, oversee training, audit documentation, and ensure adherence to regulations and grant funding policies. Before joining the firm, she served as a disaster case manager and outreach coordinator for Innovative Emergency Management in the Texas General Land Office, where she conducted applicant outreach and ensured program compliance.
