Jamey Norred
Senior ConsultantJamey Norred is an experienced grants management professional with a background in disaster recovery, case management, and quality control/quality assurance processes. As a senior consultant at Emergent Method, she supports several of the firm’s public sector clients through developing processes to maximize efficiencies in program delivery, maintaining organization and document record retention, and ensuring adherence to existing policies related to grant funding.
Prior to joining Emergent Method as a consultant in 2022, Jamey worked for Emergent Talent, a division of the firm, as a quality control specialist. In this role, she monitored and tracked application status for large batch files, conducted quality assurance procedures to maintain grant compliance, and worked with applicants to compile and audit relevant documentation. Additionally, Jamey has several years of experience serving as a case manager and outreach coordinator for disaster recovery projects across the south.
Jamey received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Houston with a minor in psychology. She is also the founding president of her local Rotaract Club and currently serves as the 2021-2022 District Rotaract Representative for District 5890.
