Known for her leadership on expansive public outreach and policy initiatives, Jennifer is a veteran community affairs professional who lends her expertise to programs at the local, state, and federal levels.

Jennifer leads several engagement projects within the firm’s public sector practice, including community outreach, compliance, technical writing, and policy development for high-profile initiatives. Through her role, she has managed full-scale outreach efforts for statewide housing initiatives and recertification projects, as well as directed large-scale staff training for multiple case management programs following major natural disasters. Before joining the firm, she served as the project director for the Hurricane Isaac CDBG-DR Housing Recovery Program and a mitigation specialist for the FEMA Severe and Repetitive Loss Grant Program.
