Drawing on his expansive background in economic development and governmental affairs, Joshua drives impactful programs and strategic initiatives for our clients in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Joshua uses his years of experience to support stakeholder engagement and program development and implementation for large-scale, transformative projects in the communities we serve. Before joining Emergent Method, he served as business development manager for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, where he designed and implemented economic development programs and worked alongside community organizations to secure financial investments in the region. He also served as the program director for small business funding at the Urban League of Louisiana, as well as a state applicant liaison and disaster recovery specialist for the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
