With extensive experience in strategic development and operations management, Kisha leads organizational and operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance.

From data analysis to project logistics, Kisha uses her expertise to support Emergent Method’s day-to-day operations, business processes, and administrative needs. Before joining Emergent Method, she led complex data initiatives and managed comprehensive system enhancements at the Baton Rouge Alliance for Students and oversaw vendor contracts, enrollment processes, and campus operations at Great Hearts Harveston. She also spent several years at National Heritage Academies, where she managed enrollment, compliance, and operational standards across multiple states.
