A seasoned strategy consultant, Luisa draws on her expertise in project management to lead large-scale organizational transformation efforts for our clients.  

She works directly with clients to manage complex initiatives focused on operational readiness, enterprise process improvement, and system implementation. Her experience in process mapping, transition service agreement planning, systems readiness coordination, and executive reporting lends well to a wide range of organizational needs, including workstreams across finance, human resources, benefits, payroll, procurement, and general business operations. Before joining Emergent Method, she held key marketing and engagement roles at LSU, Sitel, and a technology startup, where she honed her skills in brand promotion, audience engagement, and event management.
