Luisa Cantillo
ManagerLuisa Cantillo is an information technology professional with extensive public sector systems analysis knowledge, including systems testing and technical communication. As a manager, Luisa lends her expertise to several of the firm’s clients in the information technology sector.
Luisa joined Emergent Method in 2020 after serving as a business technology analyst at Emergent Talent, a division of the firm. In this role, she worked on several large-scale public sector system implementation projects, reporting client metrics based on thousands of data points and streamlining system processes. She is skilled in communicating client needs to developers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle process, particularly in Agile and Scrumban environments, and proficient in using tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq, and SQL.
Luisa earned a dual degree in International Marketing and Publicity and Business Administration from ICESI University in Colombia before earning her Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University. She serves on the advisory board for the LSU Museum of Art and as a volunteer for Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area, is an active member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge and an alumna of the Baton Rouge Alliance for Students 2020 CHANGEMAKERS Cohort.
