With a passion for driving results, Melanie enhances our strategic planning, public engagement, and event coordination efforts, combining her deep expertise in higher education with her exceptional research and implementation skills.
Melanie leads outreach and engagement projects, supports strategic planning efforts, manages events, and coordinates initiatives that foster collaboration and improve organizational efficacy for many of our public sector clients. Before joining the firm, she served as the director of network operations and design, as well as a strategy director, for Complete College America, shaping policy, driving college completion efforts, and addressing educational disparities across the country. She also served as an implementation project manager at Anthology, formerly Blackboard, and a student success coordinator at Georgia State University.
