Nic Goodman is a professionally trained front-end web developer, UX/UI designer, and graphic designer. He joined Emergent Method as a senior consultant in 2021 with over 10 years of experience. In this role, he supports client projects and efforts through creative design for print and web content, web design and development, and related technical support. As an web development director, Nic’s knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks enables him to produce cutting-edge web applications and spearhead the design process. 

Nic founded ninebar in 2012, a full-service creative agency in Asheville, NC that focused on branding, graphic design, and web development. He served as creative director and senior developer and was responsible for growing the company’s services portfolio to include large, custom-coded and CMS-driven web experiences. Nic also worked at Henco Reprographics as a graphic designer and print operator. In this position, he assisted customers through the design process, from conception to proofing, production, and delivery. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in multimedia arts and sciences with a concentration in interactive design from University of North Carolina Asheville. Additionally, Nic is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA).
