Rachel Carroccio is an experienced HR executive who, as a member of Emergent Method’s operational leadership team, is responsible for leading and executing all human resources initiatives for Emergent Method, as well as Emergent Talent – a division of the firm that supports clients on large-scale disaster recovery and technology implementation projects and other strategic staffing needs. Additionally, Rachel supports a variety of client needs related to organizational planning and human capital management.
Rachel Carroccio joined Emergent Method in May 2019 after serving as human resources manager for APTIM, a global provider of asset-related services to the power, industrial, oil and gas, commercial, and government markets. Prior to her time at APTIM, Carroccio served in several key management positions with some of Louisiana’s leading organizations, including The Shaw Group, where she served as a HR business analyst, reporting directly to the Fortune 500 company’s senior vice president of human resources and supporting the transition of employees to Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I) following the firm’s multi-billion-dollar acquisition of The Shaw Group. Additionally, Rachel previously served as human resources manager for H&E Equipment Services, one of the largest integrated equipment companies in the nation, and business development manager at Louisiana Economic Development.
Rachel is a graduate of Millsaps College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics, and Louisiana State University, where she received her Master of Science in finance. She is an active member of the Baton Rouge community and has volunteered with organizations such as Friends of the Animals Baton Rouge and the Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center, where she served on the board of directors. In 2018, she was recognized as a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Finest Honoree for her leadership, career success, and dedication to assisting organizations in bettering the lives of other.
