Taylor leads project management and coordination, organizational transformation and planning, and business intelligence efforts for private sector clients, primarily in the energy and utilities sectors. In this role, he has partnered with large-scale teams to define and improve business processes, manage data-sharing workflows, develop strategic plans, align cross-functional stakeholders on special projects, and deliver a wide range of events and programming. Before joining Emergent Method, Taylor worked at Cabify, a Spanish ridesharing company, supporting business strategy and international expansion.
