Tuesday Mills is a skilled disaster recovery management professional with over two decades of experience and an extensive knowledge of operational compliance and disaster related public policy. As a manager, Tuesday leverages her experience to support large scale disaster recovery efforts for the firm’s clients. 

Tuesday began her career with Emergent Method in 2022 after serving as a quality control team lead for Emergent Talent, a division of the firm. There, she led efforts to establish program policies and procedures for multiple state-led recovery programs, such as the Emergency Rental Assistance Program, while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local law and managed several teams responsible for verification of assistance program eligibility. Prior to her time with Emergent Talent, Tuesday served as assistant director for the East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (MOHSEP) where she was responsible for managing emergency operations, staff training, logistics, operational budgets, grants management, and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. 

Tuesday holds 21 certifications from the Federal Emergency Management Administration’s Emergency Management Institute.
