During her time at Emergent Method, Twila has been instrumental in numerous IT initiatives, including her crucial role in several large-scale system implementation projects, where she manages data support requests, monitors testing progress, and evaluates defects. She previously spent six years at Electronic Arts, where she honed her expertise in database management, data collection and visualization, reporting, and design throughout her various technical testing and analysis roles.
