Twila Arrington is an experienced technical analyst who brings over seven years of systems testing knowledge and an extensive data analysis background to serve Emergent Method and its clients. She is skilled in all aspects of technical communication, including system testing, tracking time-sensitive issues and defects, and proactive, articulate execution of procedures, quality assurance, and client communication. 

Before joining Emergent Method as a consultant in 2020, Twila worked for Emergent Talent, a division of the firm, as a system testing and validation consultant. In this role, she supported a large-scale public sector system implementation project and was responsible for fielding data support requests, monitoring testing progress, and triaging defects throughout the process. 

Previously, Twila worked for Electronic Arts in a variety of technical testing and analysis roles for six years. In this role, she was responsible for database management, system testing, data collection, data visualization, reporting, design work, and team management.
