Wajeedah is an administrative professional with expertise in customer service, communications, data management, and sales. In her role with Emergent Method, she supports project management on large infrastructure and disaster recovery programs.
Prior to joining Emergent Method, Wajeedah served as a customer service specialist in advanced technical support at AT&T. In this position, she assisted with data analysis, implemented data collection systems, responded to customer inquiries, and focused on customer retention and satisfaction. She previously served as an applicant service specialist in the human resources department at Louisiana Health and Rehabilitation Center (LHRC), where she supported the recruitment and hiring processes, assisted with disaster recovery programs, and managed internal and external communications.
Wajeedah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree and Master of Business Administration degree.
